It means that during the 3 hours of the event you can order as many courses from the menu as you'd like. Drinks are not included (except the welcome cocktail) and are charged separately. The Ora King, in the Salmon Omakase, is served in a limited portion due to its exclusivity.

Yes — children of all ages are welcome. Kids under 11 who want to join the tasting menu pay half price, or they can order à la carte from the regular menu at no cover charge.

Reservations and payments

Reservations are made directly on WhatsApp with the location of your choice.

A 50% deposit by bank transfer is required to hold your seat. The remainder is paid at the restaurant on the day of the event.

The deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule for another available date of the same event. Let us know as far in advance as possible.

Yes. Seats are limited and typically sell out in advance — especially the Ronqueos. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.

We recommend arriving on time, since the experiences follow a progression designed by the chef. If you arrive late, we'll bring you in at whichever course is happening, but you may miss some of the opening courses.

A Ronqueo is a traditional Japanese experience where a chef performs the ceremonial cut of a whole tuna in front of the guests, explaining the different cuts, techniques, and preparations that will be served during the evening.

Each Ronqueo uses a whole tuna brought in especially for the event, caught in Ensenada and flown to Mexico City the same morning to guarantee maximum freshness and quality.

The experience includes a tasting menu unlimited for the 3 hours of the event, a welcome cocktail, and a series of courses prepared with different cuts and techniques around the tuna.

The experience lasts 3 hours, and during that entire time the menu is unlimited.

The menu includes 8 courses. Since the format is unlimited, you can repeat the courses you enjoy most during the 3 hours of the event.

The Ronqueo is $1,900 MXN per person.

The Unlimited Salmon Omakase is an experience fully focused on premium salmon, where the chef prepares different cuts and techniques to showcase the versatility of the ingredient through a carefully designed progression.

It's designed to compare different varieties of premium salmon from around the world — Chilean, Canadian, and Ora King from New Zealand. Something rare even at high-end restaurants.

Ora King is a premium salmon from New Zealand recognized worldwide for its marbling, texture, and exceptional quality. Due to its exclusivity and limited global availability, it's the only ingredient served in a limited portion within the experience. Everything else on the menu is unlimited during the 3 hours of the event.

The experience includes a tasting menu unlimited for the 3 hours of the event (except Ora King, which is served in a limited portion), a welcome cocktail, and various salmon preparations created by the chef.
